For massage practices

While you treat, Voxtra takes the calls

A massage rarely lasts less than an hour, and in that hour the phone rings. Voxtra takes the calls, clarifies the concern and books the appointment directly, also in the evening and at weekends.

The essentials at a glance

  • Around the clock reachable, always free, even when several people call at once.
  • Books with your treatments and durations, directly in the conversation.
  • Knows several staff members and locations, works as a stand-alone calendar too.
  • On request, SMS with a private link: clients move or cancel appointments themselves.
  • From CHF 299 per month, free 30-day test with your real calls.

The phone rings exactly when you are treating

On the massage table, the hands stay with the client. Afterwards, several missed calls are on the display, often silent. And those who meet a busy line try the next studio.

Voxtra takes these calls immediately, on a free line and with someone to talk to. At the start of the conversation, the assistant says clearly that it is an AI assistant.

Treatments and durations, as you offer them

Classic massage, sports massage, medical massage, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage: Voxtra works with the treatments and durations you have stored. If the same massage is available in 60 and 90 minutes, the assistant asks which variant it should be.

The assistant names prices only when the caller asks, and only the ones you have stored. If a treatment’s price is missing, it says so openly. All quoted prices come from your price list.

When the complaint is known and the treatment stays open

Many callers describe a problem instead of a catalogue entry: a tense neck, hard shoulders, heavy legs after running training. You store once which complaint fits which treatment, and the assistant keeps to exactly that in the conversation.

Medical advice, diagnoses and promised effects stay with your team. Where your text leaves gaps, the assistant openly says that it lacks the answer instead of inventing something.

Several staff members, several locations

Voxtra knows who offers which treatment in your studio, when that person works and at which location. Bookings are made only where the treatment can actually take place. If your studio has only one location, the question answers itself.

If someone explicitly wishes a particular person, Voxtra books with that person. On its own initiative the assistant keeps the staff list to itself: few callers want to choose, they want an appointment.

Also as your own booking system

Many massage practices keep their appointment book on paper, in a spreadsheet or in the Google calendar. Voxtra runs on its own: the assistant brings its own calendar, including treatments, working hours and exceptions such as holidays.

If you already work with the Google calendar, it can be connected. On request, your practice additionally gets its own booking page on which clients can also book directly online.

After the call: confirmation and self-service

On request, Voxtra sends an SMS after every booking with the appointment details and a private link. Through it, the client moves or cancels the appointment on their own. A reminder before the appointment is also possible; you decide which messages are sent.

Cancellations therefore arrive earlier, and the freed-up time can be given to someone else. Voxtra also handles moves and cancellations on the phone, around the clock.

What stays with your team

  • Vouchers, subscriptions and treatment packages,
  • payments and invoices,
  • a waiting list.

If a conversation reaches this point, it ends with an announcement you write yourself, for example that your studio will get back in touch.

Prices, setup and data protection

Voxtra costs from CHF 299 per month for one location, regardless of how many calls come in. A free 30-day test with your real calls is included, and cancellation is monthly. All figures are under Costs and prices.

We do the setup together with you: treatments, durations, working hours. Voxtra is designed to comply with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and the EU GDPR; call data serves only the services agreed with your practice. Related businesses will find their pages under wellness and beauty as well as physiotherapy.

Swiss-made software from Zurich

Voxtra is a Swiss product in its own right: the software stack is developed, owned and operated by Voxtra GmbH in Zurich. For Swiss practices that means short lines of communication, a local contact and data protection that meets Swiss expectations.

Sensitive call and appointment data is treated confidentially and serves only the services agreed with your practice. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) is therefore part of the product.
