What is included in the price
The monthly price includes everything a practice needs:
- All calls within fair use.
- Reachable seven days a week, including at night.
- All four languages: German, French, Italian and English, including Swiss German.
- Integration with OneDoc, Google Calendar or ePhysio.
- At the practice’s request: SMS confirmation with a personal link for the caller to manage the appointment.
- Rebooking and cancellation at any time by phone.
What being unreachable costs
Every missed call is a potentially missed booking. And many calls come when everybody is busy: after hours, at the weekend or in the middle of a treatment.
Voxtra costs the same every month, however many calls come in. Instead of losing individual patients, you have a fixed expense and a number where forwarded calls find someone to talk to.

All costs on the table
A free 30-day test with your real calls is included and you cancel monthly. Set-up is included.
We set up the connection to your calendar as part of this, whether OneDoc, Google Calendar or ePhysio. This takes around 30 minutes. How this becomes automated appointment booking is described under Automate appointment booking.
Swiss-made software from Zurich
Voxtra is a Swiss product in its own right: the software stack is developed, owned and operated by Voxtra GmbH in Zurich. For Swiss practices that means short lines of communication, a local contact and data protection that meets Swiss expectations.
Sensitive call and appointment data is treated confidentially and serves only the services agreed with your practice. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) is therefore part of the product.
