Integration
AI voice assistant with OneDoc integration
The essentials at a glance
- Books appointments directly in OneDoc, including moving and cancelling.
- Reads availability live, every slot assigned once.
- You keep OneDoc as the leading system; Voxtra only handles the phone in front of it.
- Set up in around 30 minutes.
How the OneDoc integration works
During the conversation, Voxtra checks the free times in OneDoc, suggests suitable appointments and enters the booking: with the right person, at the right location.
The caller simply talks. Voxtra guides the conversation and makes the entry in OneDoc in the background.
What Voxtra can do with OneDoc
Booking, moving, cancelling: Voxtra does this over the phone, late in the evening and at the weekend too, or when the line would otherwise be busy.
At the practice’s request, the caller receives an SMS after the booking with a private link. Through it, they move or cancel the appointment on their own.
You keep OneDoc
Voxtra complements OneDoc rather than replacing it. Your familiar workflow stays as it is: OneDoc runs the calendar, Voxtra handles the phone.
The assistant speaks German, French, Italian and English, Swiss German included. Which language is being spoken, it recognises by itself during the conversation.
Set up in around 30 minutes
Voxtra is quick to set up. We configure the connection to OneDoc together with you, so that everything runs cleanly from the start.
The assistant costs from CHF 299 per month, and a free 30-day test with your real calls is included. All the figures are under Costs and prices.
Swiss-made software from Zurich
Voxtra is a Swiss product in its own right: the software stack is developed, owned and operated by Voxtra GmbH in Zurich. For Swiss practices that means short lines of communication, a local contact and data protection that meets Swiss expectations.
Sensitive call and appointment data is treated confidentially and serves only the services agreed with your practice. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) is therefore part of the product.
