This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website (voxtra.ch), in particular the demo-request form. A full privacy policy for the Voxtra voice service will follow before that service launches.

This website is run by Voxtra GmbH in Zurich. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@voxtra.ch.
What we collect
When you submit the demo-request form, we collect the name, email address, company, optional phone number, and message you provide. We also log technical data sent by your browser, such as your IP address, to keep the form secure and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request and follow up about Voxtra. We never sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission only as long as needed to handle and follow up on your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@voxtra.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch).
