- On request an SMS confirmation and reminder with a private link for self-service.
- Speaks German, French, Italian and English and understands Swiss German.
The reception desk has breaks too
In the beauty and wellness sector, almost everyone in the studio is with a client at any given moment: a facial, a manicure, a treatment in the cabin. The reception desk stays empty during that time, and the phone rings anyway, often several times in a row.
Voxtra takes these calls immediately, several at the same time included, and says clearly at the start that it is an AI assistant. Missed calls mean lost appointments, booked elsewhere.
Your appointment book, run by phone
Whether you have kept the appointment book on paper so far, in a spreadsheet or in a scheduler: Voxtra brings its own calendar. It contains your treatments, who offers them, when work is done and when the studio is closed, including public holidays and business holidays.
Callers are therefore offered only times that exist. Those who already plan with the Google calendar can connect it; on request, your studio additionally gets its own booking page on the web.
Many treatments, many durations, several staff members
Beauty and wellness treatments differ above all in duration. Voxtra therefore asks which variant is wanted and schedules the matching time. If only part of your team offers a treatment, the assistant also books only there.
Most people gladly ask for the price once: Voxtra names it when the caller asks, and exactly the one you have stored. If it is missing, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
Fewer missed appointments, fewer callbacks
Absent clients cost a studio time and revenue directly. After the booking, Voxtra can send an SMS with the appointment details and remind the client before the appointment. Which messages are sent is up to you.
The confirmation contains a private link through which the client moves or cancels the appointment themselves. Freed-up time thus becomes visible earlier and can be given to someone else. Voxtra also takes cancellations on the phone, and the studio team stays with the treatment.
Four languages, one number
Clients from all over Switzerland and from abroad call in different languages. Voxtra supports German, French, Italian and English and recognises within the conversation itself which language is being spoken, by voice instead of menu or key press.
Those who speak dialect are also understood; replies come in clear Standard German. The details are covered under AI & Swiss German.
What stays with your studio
Voxtra takes care of appointments. Vouchers, subscriptions, treatment packages, payments and the waiting list stay with your studio. Selling stays with your team: the assistant books the requested treatment and leaves additional offers to your team.
If a concern goes beyond that, the conversation ends with an announcement you write yourself, for example that your studio will get back in touch.
Prices and data protection
Voxtra costs from CHF 299 per month for one location and CHF 499 for up to three, regardless of the number of calls. A free 30-day test with your real calls is included and cancellation is monthly. All figures are under Costs & prices.
Call data is treated confidentially and serves only the services agreed with your practice; Voxtra is designed to comply with the revFADP and the GDPR. Massage studios will find their own page under For massage practices.
Swiss-made software from Zurich
Voxtra is a Swiss product in its own right: the software stack is developed, owned and operated by Voxtra GmbH in Zurich. For Swiss practices that means short lines of communication, a local contact and data protection that meets Swiss expectations.
Sensitive call and appointment data is treated confidentially and serves only the services agreed with your practice. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) is therefore part of the product.
